In my opinion, spending too much time with the computer will have a negative impact on our health because the radiation of light emitted by the computer can damage our eyes so most likely we will suffer from eye defects such as Miopi, presbiofi, hipermetropi and others. In addition, various diseases such as cancer and cholesterol can also occur due to too long operate the computer.

According to me, spending too much time on the computer will give the negative impact to our healthy, for example headchace, miopy, and etc. And the other impact is it can make us be lazy, because on the computer there are so many applications, like game. So, we will forever the time, and also the students will forget their assigments and homework. And there are so many bad impacts that we'll get if wes pend too much time on computer. So, because of that the users and the parents must to control their childrens in using the computer.
